Orange is a town full of business opportunities and rich history; it was founded in 1780 by 20 of New Havens' Puritan Congregationalist families struggling to escape religious persecution. The town now holds over 32,000 residents as of the 2000 consensus.

There are eight elementary schools serving grades K-6, one middle school for grades 7-8 and one high school for grades 9-12. If you are looking for public transportation Orange has two train stations to accommodate you Orange and Highland Avenue stations.
